Afton is originally from London, UK, but has lived around the world in Monaco, Canada, France, Los Angeles, CA and Austin, TX, as well as the Costa del Sol and Barcelona, Spain. She speaks three languages fully fluently: English, French and Spanish. Afton has spent about 6 years living part time on the Costa del Sol, which means she possesses an extensive knowledge of all of the areas on the coast, along with her international flair.

Over the past 5 years Afton has been working in luxury property management, development and rentals in London, UK. Afton has a particular focus on international real estate, working with international clients and locating homes worldwide. She loves every opportunity to use her trilingual abilities and find her clients’ dream home anywhere in the world.

Not only does she have a passion for real estate, but also for health, fitness and dance, garnering over 150,000 social media followers for her skills as a Champion Latin Dancer. Thanks to her performing arts background, Afton possesses great communication skills which allow her to foster incredibly strong connections and friendships with clients from all walks of life and all around the world. Afton is a well-rounded individual who handles all aspects of the purchase or rental process, from dealing with architects and interior designers, to working with developers, and finally to handing over the keys to her clients’ perfect home.

Aside from her vast knowledge and real estate experience, Afton has helped to develop and influence renovations for many properties in her family’s London property development business. As a result, she is gifted with the natural vision and advisory skills which allow her to guide investors who wish to make strong returns through real estate as an investment opportunity.

Outside of real estate, Afton loves to spend quality time with her border collie mix dog Olivia, teaching her new tricks and playing with her on the beach. Afton also loves to do sports such as padel, tennis, kayaking and paddle boarding. You will also find her working out at the gym every day, doing yoga and choreographing new dance routines. Afton adores expressing her creativity and exploring the beautiful nature and beaches of the coast.
