About Christian Bushell

Christian has been based full time on the Costa del Sol for almost 20 years, and he brings with him a vast knowledge of all of the areas on the coast.

Over the past 2 decades Christian has been involved in hundreds of real estate purchases including many high end villas and apartment sales. He builds incredibly strong relationships and friendships with his clients and deals with every aspect of the purchase process from architects and design, to working with developers, interior designers to finally handing over the keys to his clients dream home.

Aside from his vast knowledge and sales experience in Spain, Christian has developed and renovated many personal properties himself and brings with him a natural vision to help advise and guide investors who wish to make strong returns through real estate as an investment vehicle.

Outside of work Christian loves to spend quality time with his family, as well as playing many types of sports which include football, padel tennis and snowboarding to name a few. Christian has a passion for all things beautiful and spends much of his time enjoying the spectacular nature which surrounds the coast including the many mountains and beautiful beaches.
